The ILAS campus is located in the centre of the fast-developing Borough, and soon to be City of Chaguanas, Trinidad. The Campus building is a two storey complex. It has been recently refurbished and outfitted with modern learning implements. The entire ground floor is dedicated to classrooms, washroom facilities, café and lounge.

The upper floor houses the staff room, administrative offices, library and sick bay. The administrative office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Mondays-Thursdays and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Classrooms
Our classrooms are spacious, properly lighted, carpeted and fully-air conditioned. Our desks and chairs are very comfortable and properly spaced making it very conducive for learning. The master classroom is out-fitted with multimedia facilities.

Library
The library is air conditioned and carpeted, with seating arrangement for students who wish to study and/or do research. The library is outfitted with computer and internet access for additional research purposes. Free wireless internet is also available. Our reference materials cover both English law and that of the Commonwealth Caribbean. There are also several journals and the latest student law reviews which contain the most up-to-date developments in law and the practice. Our library is also stocked with prospectuses and other information leaflets from several UK and regional universities on their postgraduate programmes, for example – LPC/BVC, LLM.

Parking
There is limited free parking at our campus. Directions would be given to students as to where they are allowed to park and where they are not so allowed as there are adjoining private and commercial properties. However there is a newly constructed car park at Centre City Mall which is in walking distance from the institution. This however is expected to be paid-parking. The institution bears no responsibility for where students park.

Security and Safety
The entire facility is monitored by video cameras. The premises also have a 24-hour monitoring service by a reputable security company. We also have on site security.

The building is also equipped with a fire alarm system and properly positioned floor maps to assist students in the event of an emergency evacuation. Our muster point is also properly marked for the safety of our students. Further, there is a collapsible fire escape ladder installed on the upper floor for emergency purposes.

Washrooms
Our washroom facilities are impeccable. They are very well-maintained. Appropriately lighted and outfitted with toiletries and mirrors.

Students’ Lounge
The students’ lounge is situated on the ground floor of the building. It has furniture to accommodate students before and/or after class. Also, there are two vending machines available, for coffee and for other beverages. We also have installed, cold water dispensers.

Café

There is an independently-run café onsite. Students can purchase a variety of beverages, snacks, sandwiches, roti, bake and shark etc.

Center of activities
With the institution located in the middle of the Borough, a number of essential facilities are conveniently located.
We are walking distance from:

• All the main taxi, maxi-taxi and bus stands;
• The Chaguanas Health Facility;
• Centre City Mall and Mid Centre Mall;
• Kentucky Fried Chicken;
• Marios; Bloomers
• Several pharmacies, supermarkets and gas stations.

The Price Plaza shopping complex is three (3) minutes drive from the institution. There you have access to:
